Processing Description

1. Initial Crushing: The aluminum-plastic materials are fed into a knife crusher, where they are crushed into small 10mm pieces to facilitate further processing.
2. Grinding: The crushed materials are then passed through a water-cooled turbo grinding machine, which grinds the pieces into fine powders of aluminum and plastic.
3. Screening: The resulting material is sorted using a rotary screen. Larger particles are sent back into the grinding machine for further processing, while the fine powders move on to the next step.
4. Separation: The fine aluminum and plastic powders are then separated using an electrostatic separator, which effectively isolates the aluminum from the plastic.
5. Final Output: The end result is the complete separation of aluminum and plastic, ready for recycling or further processing.
